How Religions Teach Paranoia

Oh Kindest People

It begins with a lie.
and then builds from there

The best way to explain this is by an example...
a mother loves her child so much...she wants what is best for child...
she is a christian and has been told that Jesus is the only way to "salvation"

next door, there is a "weird" meditator

she is very concerned that her child will be adversely influenced by this "weird" meditator

it is a big deal...she has been told by her church that satan is out there trying to steal souls...

what if meditation is the work of satan? she wonders...

surely, since my church and my bible do not mention anything about meditation...being that it is from another culture...surely then, satan must be there

her child is still too young to make up her own mind about these matters

she must protect her child from this "evil" person doing that "weird" meditating

she meets with other ladies in the neighborhood who go to the same church and expresses her concerns about that "weird" meditator

she discovers that they too are very concerned for the well-being of their own children about this indivdual who dares do something "satanic" within their midst

the ladies of this group embolden one another as they continue to obsess over this dilemma

...paranoia...starts this way and leads to fear and hatred

this was just a simple example not based too too much on any real event

but in the real world...results are seen over and over from these false teachings of the churches

to be continued
